Also, an idea I jsut came up with. Armies. My game may have players as "commanders", and they control armies. So, here's some ideas.

Armies:
Peasants
Swordsmen
Spearmen
Axemen
Musketmen
Riflemen

Catapult unit
Mangonel unit
Ballista unit

Machinegunners
Horsemen (very basic, jsut men on a horse with a spear)
Cavalry (on a horse, armed with some more armour and sword)

Fighters (as in the plane)

Snipers
Medics (old version and new version)

There could be LOADS added to this. I recommend if you add this, give them stat points. For instance, a swordsmen unit may have "5 attack, 3 defence, Good vs Infantry, Bad vs Cavalry". Maybe just keep it more simple, just "Strength and defence". movement may be a good one as well, since if I use a map in my game, I may do it like "this unit moves ## tiles"
