I am sure there is a way to download and save forum database files, that is if you did change server and use phpBB again there would be no topic/post member info lost at all. I'll look into, because I am very sure I have seen one.

Oh yes. If I owned this server and database I would both know how and do it... However, this is a Free Forum Host...
