I prepare you with anesthetics! And with a scalpel gently open up your chest, I attach some nylon strings to some really small hooks, the ends of the strings with the hooks are attached to several areas in your chest (muscle, flesh and organs) but that won't cause you to die just by attaching tiny hooks to them. The I sew you up, with the other ends of the nylon strings sticking out of your chest by a incredibly small opening. I awake you and pull the strings! Forcing your chest to rip itself open, pouring out the muscles, flesh and organs, if you manage to hold long enough, you may actually puke blood. And there I killed you..next!

Unless hes really fragile, I don't think so..try something a bit more sadistic!

It's an inside joke between me and zuriki, theirfore rubs was correct and ribs isn't correct.

I hit you with paralyzing gas that keeps the victim concious but completely unmoving... Then i remove your tendons and place cotton where they were! When it wears off you will probably start screaming so I attached small spikes to your vocal cords. Then as you cause more and more pain for yourself but unable to do anything I give you a choice... Blink once to die blink twice to keep suffering if you blink once i peel off your skin, then i let you bleed to death if you blink twice i wait 5 hours and ask again, repeating till you decide death
